Part Three: Delay Email Delivery in Outlook

When a client asks you to follow up in a month, or perhaps just a few days, it’s not uncommon to have that email slip your mind. Rather than creating a calendar reminder in your smartphone, or perhaps tying a string on your finger, just write the email now. In the pictures below, you’ll see a step-by-step guide to delay an email delivery:

NOTE: Outlook must be open and logged in during that date/time for a delayed email delivery to be sent during your requested time; otherwise it will be held in the Outbox until Outlook is opened.
